Obama's 9/11 - So Wrong, Again!

I just finished reading Obama's torpid 9/11 speech.  It was just what the nation needed, another call to grief and self-remonstration.  Not one word about finding and killing those criminal islamic bastards that planned, funded, and approved the 9/11 outrage against America and western civilization.  But after 10 years of hearing our politicians apologize for causing those peaceful muslims to commit suicide by airplane, I wasn't expecting much.

The part of the speech that jumped out at me were the following words:

"In the biggest cities and the smallest towns, in our schools and workplaces, you still see people of every conceivable race, religion and ethnicity—all of them pledging allegiance to one flag, all of them reaching for the same American dream—e pluribus unum, out of many, we are one."

This man needs a basic course in American history.  I find it hard to believe that Occidental and Harvard actually passed him through their classes.  Every time he opens his mouth about anything American, he puts his Cole Haan clad foot in it.

"E Pluribus Unum" is a motto that appears on the Great Seal of the United States, U.S. currency, official U.S documents, and other important places.  Yes, it means "out of many," "one."  But it most assuredly does not mean "we."  There is no "we" in it.

E Pluribus Unum refers to the many States forming one Union.  It is not some hackneyed vox populi battle cry for socialist reform.  It does not mean we should all join hands and sing Kumbaya.  It does not call us together as a people with a purpose.

I suppose Obama is to be excused for his gross ignorance.  After all, he was bred, raised, mentored, and schooled by communists.  And, "Workers of the world, unite!" has always been their motto.  It's only natural that when thinking of many coming together as one, Obama should immediately associate it with socialist reform.  And make no mistake.  The "American dream" he is referring to is his dream of redistribution of wealth, complete revision of our Constitution, and government control of every aspect of American life.

We do need to come together.  Like the villagers in a Frankenstein movie we need to get our pitch forks and torches and head for Washington, D.C.  And when we've evicted the monsters there, we need to find and kill those islamic bastards responsible for 9/11.  And finally, we need to start respecting the 10th Amendment of our Constitution and return our country to the Constitutional Republic it was meant to be.

That's the kind of E Pluribus Unum I'm interested in.
